Welcome! My name is Liana, and I am the founder and lead decorator of Party Decoration NYC. We officially started our company in 2017, and since then, we’ve been growing, evolving, and becoming a name that people recognize with joy and trust.

Our Journey
From a Christmas Passion...
In the beginning, I specialized only in holiday décor, especially Christmas trees — truly unique, one-of-a-kind designs you won’t find anywhere else. My passion was creating magical winter atmospheres that made people feel wonder and warmth.
...To a Full-Time Celebration
But over time, I realized that the magic of celebration shouldn’t be limited to just once a year. I wanted to help people feel that joy on birthdays, romantic evenings, and baby showers, too. That’s when we expanded into balloon decoration and event styling — and it became a beautiful new chapter for us.
